Mario Lanza, particularly his 'Student Prince' album. He just had the most beautiful, powerful tenor. Wether in English or Italian it was just breathtaking.

Enrico Caruso. OMG! You know why, if you've ever heard him sing. He transports you - you get totally lost in his voice, and are just carried away to a world where everything meshes and makes sense, and life is so good. He was truly an artist, with a skill that is rarely seen anymore. His singing came right up from his soul, and he gladly shared it with everyone. An absolutely amazing voice.
