Smoking is disgusting. I am one, and the stench even bothers me.

I don't think smokers are disgusting, but smoking is. The smoke bothers me a lot and not just because of the smell.
I don't like being forced to breathe other people's bad choices. I don't hate smokers, but I sure hate it when they (some of them) are inconsiderate to the people around them.

I have always gone out of my way even before it was fashionable to be a considerate smoker. I waited till I got to my destination to smoke. It was fine not to smoke in grocery stores and enclosed public places. Not a problem, but for your information I do not stink that usually happens to those who smoke in enclosed places,chain smoke. I do not smoke in my home or in the van. But when I go somewhere there had better be a place for me to smoke that is comfortable and dry. I do not deserve to be badgered or left out in the rain or snow. When I go to a licensed restaurant I have the right to have a wind break and a heater in the out door area. This we deserve. It is not all that warm in winter but it is much preferable to standing in a door way outside. Maybe there would be less smokers in smokers air if there were such places.
Bully and name calling just puts people on the defensive. Do be compassionate and direct it to working towards getting the youth not to start. Take care

The smoking not the smokers is disgusting.
I stopped smoking after thirty something years because I couldn't stand the stink. (me, my clothes and my home)
I don't like the smell now because it makes me want to throw up.
I don't blame the smokers though, It's not an easy habit to kick.

A bad habit is like biting your nails.
Smoking is an addiction.
Recent studies have shown that the tobacco companies have increased the Nicotine in cigarettes 10% over the last six years alone making it even more difficult to quit the addiction. kool brand cigarettes have increased 20% over the same period.
There are physical as well as mental with drawl symptoms.
It is not really the smell that compels people to quit but the health effects and the cost. Be thankful if you have never been addicted or have successfully been able to break the addiction.

Yes not just because of it being disgusting..
also because of my Asthma! What caused it?
2nd hand smoke from smokers! those smokers that sit beside one that's eating have
no regard or thought about that persons health!
The one's that don't bother to ask and start smoking right away are the most annoying! They also get offended if someone says anything about their lack of consideration or their filthy habit!

I quite like the smell of a fresh cigarette. One, that is. I absolutely hate the smell if I've been in the pub and come home reeking. I have to shower before I go to bed. One of my friend's is a heavy smoker and I found myself actually heaving one day from the smell. Very embarrassing. (Much worse than BO)
I hate a muggy room full of cigarette smoke. It gets in my eyes and makes them stream. Also, I developed asthma a few years ago and smoking makes me gasp.
I quite like the smell of cigars and pipes, too. But again, one in an outdoor place is nice. In a confined room, it is awful.

yes it sometimes bother me because people on the street smoking ,and when u pass them u can smell the smoke and the very bad thing happens(if u always pass smokers) is that the tobacco is burnt and turns into the smoke which can addict you
but its even more bad to the people who smokes!

I think using the word disgusting is rather harsh, I can think of a lot of people who I would call disgusting that are not smokers

Being around smoke it doesn't bother me just my husband he loves to smoke it's a bad habit of his it hurts me to see him smoking because I am scared he will get sick from it or even die the smell doesn't bother me but geeze when he wants to kiss me I walk away and make him brush his teeth
