I'm gaining weight around my waist and abdomen. Is there some sort of supplement that works besides diet and exercise?

~Be a couch potato, eat a lot of junk food and blame it on water retention. It's the American way. Diet and exercise are overrated anyway. Just a lie being spread by spas, gyms and Jenny Craig.

Even people who are not menopausal want some sort of supplement. The truth is that you must workout, some core exercies is good. Speak to your doctor regarding this issue. (Exercise will also help with the stresses of going through Menopause)

It isn't supplements that will work. Stop eating anything that contains white flour or white sugar. Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day and start doing low impact exercises such as walking or yoga.

I hate that we most all get that middle age spread even tho we are not eating more food. All we can do is eat less and move more--walk and exercise.
