use any download manager to download the flash file. Normally when you open the flash site. The flash movie will be downloaded in the Temporary Internet files. From there you can copy and use it.

if you don't have any tools right now. just click VIEW|SOURCE
A window will pop up. it's full of html codes. use edit find/search. type .swf. experiment on using the website name + the xxxx.swf you found on the source code. it's how i steal flash games from sites
