why do I get a black screen and no video??

when i try to pley videos online (ie yahoo music videos) it plays the sound and no video? i just get a black screen while it plays, it buffers and everything, like its going to play... and then nothing; help!!

get dsl and it will change

That normally happens when u dont have the right codec/decompressor installed to play that kind of video.

download K-Lite codec pack. it should get the job done
