Appeasement doesn't work. It never has, and it never will. To think otherwise is just foolish.

So, no. No more. The World needs to make demands of these Rouge States. The World needs to expect these demands to be met. And the World needs to take action against them, if they don't.

NO MORE APPEASEMENT!

I'm sorry but do you really know your history? That's pure propaganda bullshit and I should know, I used to be a Republican. Carter made the deal and even though the Clinton administration wasn't happen with Carter going independent, they stuck with the deal because overall it wasn't the best deal but it avoided war with a possible nuclear nation and there was no better solution on the table. After the Bush administration came to power, they voided the deal, delayed payment of the terms and point blank told the S. Korean president that they would not negotiate with terrorist nor TALK with N. Korea anymore. This was a body blow to S. Korea who was in unification talks with N. Korea at the time. Bush and his administration blew the deal, not the Clinton Administration. Get your fact striaght, any credibility you have on this is now blown at least with me for not fully researching your material.

Bush's policy of you do what we want first then we'll talk is against all negotiation rules as the opposite team has pretty much given up their ace in the hole. No one will negotiate under those terms. Get your facts striaght. What is you source?

Carter?

How far back are the neo-cons prepared to reach until they find a democrat in order to blame for the current misery? Wanna try the time around Woodrow Wilson, or even a bit back? Maybe you can push some guilt to the Jackson time frame? What about it. Come on... don't be shy, nothing is too far fetched in order to deflect guilt from George W(orthless) Bush.

Lets send Carter to North Korea with a one way ticket .
Maybe Kim jong ill will know what to do with him .
Better yet lets send him to Iran , for the mess he made there too

Oh please, Carter has more international credibility in his back pocket than the entire Bush administration. Carter didn't "blow it" with North Korea, the international community has blown it with North Korea by continuing to appease them whenever their economy tanks. Oh, wait, their economy has always tanked... anyway, the only American with the same level of credibility is Bill Clinton. So take your pick.
