how do i apply for holiday maker in UK & europe?

wat is the minimun requirement to enter, duration, website to earn some information ? im malaysian, 26 f. thzz

You have to check the consulate websites of each country. They should have a page for Malaysia in each country. I am not aware of any European country having a Working Holiday Agreement with Malaysia though. The UK would be the most likely to I guess. Any froms would be on the consulate website.
