Workers compensation is a payroll tax paid by the employer. None of the money that is paid into workers comp comes from the employees paycheck. The only taxes that are taken from an employee paycheck are FICA, which is your social security and medicare, federal withholding, state withholding, city withholding, and if you are in an area that has county or school district tax, that would be taken out too. The employer matches your FICA taxes and pays that in to the IRS. They are also responsible for the state umemployment tax and the workers comp tax.

No they are not supposed to make employees pay for workman's comp. Check the W2 form of someone working somewhere else and see what deductions are taken out of their pay.

not in ordinary words that yet you also favor to rigidity about in the journey that they are taking taxes out of your tests like they're meant to do in the journey that they dont then you truthfully would finally end up having to pay in on the right of the year b/c of them. call the small organization burrero on your section and ask them what to assume. If i have been you i'd attempt to locate yet another interest. there is not something you could do about the peace of mind even with the undeniable fact that.
