There is no myspace tracker and there never will be. Even if there was a myspace tracker, what would be the use in knowing who looked at your page when 100's of random people could look at your page on a daily basis. You would stay busy trying to look at all the peoples pages that looked at urs.

There was a myspace tracker. The page was taken down. It was a nice tool to see who visited your page.
There were different labels for visitors to your page - if one person visited your page more than 15 times in one hour they would be labeled stalker. But I don't know what happened to it. When I went back to it, the page was taken down so I couldn't log in to see who was tracking me...
