While using a condom is a very good idea if you value your life, it isn't 100% safe. HIV is transmitted by echange of bodily fluids and such things as a faulty condom, or even the removal of a condom after use if you have a cut on your hand represents serious danger.
I urge you to see a doctor who can advise you about these matters.... entrusting your life to the people here on Yahoo leads me to beleive that you don't fully understand what you're dealing with. You are playing russian roulette with your life, and need professional advice on how to keep yourself safe.

Yes it can affect you!!!Condoms are known to break or slip off! It sounds risky to me and I would never do it... but if this woman is your life partner I guess there isnt much you can do... I would talk to your doctor and make sure that if you are having sex with someone that has HIV that you dont have sex with ANYONE who does NOT have HIV or AIDS because if you did you would be putting them in danger of getting the disease...

You might want to talk to your doctor. I'm guessing you already have it. By the sounds of it, she's not the only HIV positive woman you've slept with. Stop sleeping with people until you know whether or not you have HIV. If you do, you probably have spread it to other partners.

there is a possibility that you may get the disease if the condom had a small pore. In future, so as to protect from HIV or other contagious disease, you should pee and use a soap to clean your private parts right after the act.

Yes, you can still become infected while using a condom. You touch your woman with body parts other than your penis. If you have a cut on your hand when you touch her the virus has a way into your body. If you "eat" her the virus has a way into your body. And finally, you can become infected if you use the condom incorrectly.

Be careful!

Yes, it can. Condoms aren't always 100% in stopping pregnancy and/or STDs (including HIV/AIDs).

If you use universal precautions and personal protective equipment transmission will not occur. No kissing, no oral sex which would include sucking nipples without a dental dam and use of gloves. Be careful don't risk yourself or your partners feelings. How do you think she would feel if she passed it to you? And use these precautions if you are dealing with hookers or one night stands. Ask yourself is it worth your life. Can you afford it?

If there's a small rip or tear in the condom, sure. Or any blood exchange. Plus watch the mouth and deep kissing, too.

Kodos to you for wearing a condom, but you are still at risk (admittedly less than if you hadn't used a condom). You should still get check though, to be on the safe side.
