I go outside and feed the squirrels and birds in my yard to help me relax from my stress.

I **** myself off and analyze what it is making me feel that way. Even if there is nothing I could have done different I still have the right to be mad at fate for setting the situation up like that. Being mad is easier to deal with than being depressed. I think of as many ways possible I could do different the next time I get into a similar situation. I also try and come up with lots of solutions to my current situation. I started to let less and less things get me upset. You will have other situations maybe now you have learned an important life lesson.

I used to drink and do drugs. Lots of both. Fortunately, I learned that that's not really the best way to deal with things.

Now, if I'm able, I like to sit and listen to the saddest music I have, usually in the dark, and sometimes make myself cry. It seems like a backwards thing to do, but it works as a cathartic thing and helps me feel better a lot faster.

Usually just lie around and try to figure out what's bothering me. Sometimes a shower helps. Just standing under the water getting clean makes a difference.

Eating some chocolate doesn't hurt. Snuggling w/my 3 cats.

properly, there are a number of fairly some issues that I try. workout is physically powerful, taking a walk, a solid humorous action picture, performing some paying for is often efficient, and grabbing the chocolate of course! making a track some fairly loud track is super too!!!

well i tell myself that thins could have got worst than how it is right now , life is too short to be upset cause u never know when life will end .count my blessings and forget about the rest and enjoy life with those who with me and not worry about others who are not , live in the present and ask myself am i really really sad trust me u will feel better!!!!!!!!!!!!

whenever i have a sad face on, my friends all sing "bad day" by daniel powter on the top of their lungs in really bad voices and not sure of the lyrics, at school in the hallways, it always cheers me up.

I myself vent on people,how else are they going to know i'm in pain?

and making music with an instrument doesnt hurt either,no offence to the deaf.......

I listen to music, its the best way to cheer me up, that or curl up with my cat..lmao..
