If I say anything about which I do not like with her, she will become nervous.

How I can inform her these matters without hurting her.

Get her books about meditation, yoga, calming tapes, and be very nice to her even if she does stuff you don't like. Tell her that you don't like when somebody else does something you don't like and let it be something she does to annoy you.

the best way to care for her is to help her get hel. Cognitive behavioral therapy works wonders for anxiety disorders and will teach her new ways to think about those things that make her nervous and new ways to relax and undergo the behaviors she probably tends to avoid. Of course there are also medications for this but as soon as they're stopped, the anxiety returns. I'd go for the therapy--try to convince her--that would be a great thing to do for her as a friend.

Does she have any heart disease well if she has better not tell her but do it with action let her feel you care for her.but if she doesn't have any heart disease if your really a true friend go tell her in a nice way that would not hurt her feelings start a topic related to what you wanna say then until you finally say it, before you do it pray first that's the best way. try it!

You talk to her clearly about your like and dislikes may be this will sort out your problem and even she will not do that.
