I grew up in Dallas-Fort Worth and had the privledge of seeing Stevie Ray Vaughn and "Dimebag" Darrell before and after they got big, But Stevie Ray!!!!!!! WOW!! Who did you see that blew you away?

Stevie Ray Vaughn and the Thunder birds . Long time ago first and only time I saw him in Australia. He was very open guy to engage from the audience , I managed to get his attention as he was playing! And he spoke to me from the stage . I couldn't believe it until I asked my friend afterwards about what he was asking . Then I worked it out that he was referring to me . But hey it happens , great concert ever . Look at little sister !

I got to see Stevie Ray too! He was great!
Back in 75 I got to see Deep Purple on their "Burn" tour...Ritchie Blackmore was a wizard.
For me it would be a toss up between the two.
