The reason a person under stress puts on weight is because of the release of cortisol, a stress hormone produced by the body. Cortisol slows metabolism, and even causes the accumulation of abdominal fat. Also, stressed folks tend to want to eat fatty foods, such as chocolate and potato chips and junk.

depends. Some people tend to eat a lot out of boredom and stress and this can make them put on weight. However, excessive stress is harmful to the body and actually uses up a lot of energy and makes people tense, which tends to make them lose weight.

In stress you forget. You just loose control. You unconciously decide "i dont care what i do now?".
so as a result u dont care at all what u eat or you dont care what u havent eaten
YOU LOOSE WEIGHT IN STRESS MOSTLY. but some people find eating n amzing way to make u feel good.
HAVE A CHOCOLATE..scientificaly prooven to make u feel good! OR have a banana- it has same effects as a chocolate!chocolate does soething tot the happy mood thing in ur brain- i read it in some respected magazine btw

Depends on how you handle stress. Some people eat more some people eat less which would influence weight gain or loss.

I think it depends on if you eat when you are feeling stressed or if you feel so bad that you don't have an appetite but if you are stressed seek counseling

it can eather way some eat under stress some dont in fact sometimes i eat under stress and then sometimes i dont stress doese strange things but is verry bad for your health over all
