Killing someone who has invaded your private space and shown disrepect to you, in Florida or Texas, and who has made you afraid, but really is not out to kill you or cause you real physical harm.

I would say killing a person in self defense. It is legal to defend yourself, but ethically wrong because you are taking another persons life.

EMINENT DOMAIN. CITY'S AND TOWN'S ARE ALLOWED TO THROW YOU OFF YOUR LAND IN ORDER TO GET A BETTER TAX BASE IN THE AREA. IF IT BENEFITS THE CITY/TOWN THEY CAN TAKE YOUR LAND FOR " FAIR MARKET VALUE " PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR. LEGAL YET MORALLY WRONG.
