Why is it when i have sex with my husband i get a sharp pain? It feels like its low in my stomache. What can this be? i just got back from the gyno and forgot all about telling him. He said im pefectly ok with everything else.. Do u think it could be a cyst on my ovary or something else?

I tell him to be easy during sex, but hes as eay as one could possibly be and im still in pain.

If this is happening ALL the time you need to call your gyno Try different positions or put a pillow under your back near your tail bone to get a better arch this would help me when I would have those pains generally it was right before my period was going to start. Hope this helps could probably answer better if I knew more about frequency of these pains and your age could be a factor too as well as how long have you been sexually active when did this begin

Just so you won't be scared, I've had the same problem occasionally. For me it wasn't anything - not a cyst or anything like that. There was no physical or medical problem. I just try to avoid the sexual positions that cause the pain.

If your doctor didn't notice anything during your checkup, I wouldn't get too worried. Just do remember to mention it to your doctor. Maybe call him/her just in case. But also try different sexual positions and see what's most comfortable. I wouldn't worry unless you're getting bleeding during/after sex, or pain when you're not having sex, or prolonged pain, etc. Or if it's really interfering with your sex life. THAT would be bad ;)

It could be that you are not lubricated enough inside or it could be the position of your cervics. Try a different sexual position and see if that helps. A doctor would have most likely felt overian cysts. Sometimes the inner vaginal muscles will tighten in a spasm kind of thing cause soreness later.

I'd be silly to try to guess, or lead you astray with a supposition about a "plumbing" issue----call the gyno back, and ask him...even if it means another visit. Good luck, dear, noone should have to suffer for sex...

There is something wrong in your tube leading to your vagina. Normally during sex no pain should occur. Either the penis of your husband is too big and fat or your vagina is not flexible. The possibility of cyst in your tube cannot be ruled out. If this pain is in the tube it is due to any allegy or any wound in the path. You should please consult doctor to get some remedy out of it.

Well, i'm no doctor. But common sense tells me its time to seek a doctor's inspection, just in case. Because it could be anything. Clarifying it will leave your mind in peace.

You may have a yeast infection, or UTI (urinary tract infection), or even a bladder infection. I highly suggest you go back to your doctor and tell him/her this issue you are having. They may run some test to see if you do in fact have an infection.

it's probably this penis hitting your cervix. but if I were you I would go back to the gyno and tell him what's going on.
