What are the simliarities between Yahoo! Answers and Microsoft QnA?

From what i hear, they are basically the same except that QnA has tagging of questions, which makes searching easier. Yahoo is fond of tagging, too, so i wouldn't doubt that they will implement it soon.

I know you asked for similarities, but really, that would take too long. :P
