The highest partnership in ODIs for any wicket is between Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar of India for the 2nd wicket. The partnership was for 331 runs and this was against the New Zealand on 8th November 1999 at Hyderabad (Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium).

The highest partnership in one day internationals is the 331 runs 2nd wicket partnership between Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid against New Zeland in the 2nd one day international played at Lal Bahadur Stadium on 8.11.1999 (1999-2000 series).
In that match Sachin Tendulkar scored 186 runs not out off 150 Balls with the help of 20 fours and 3 sixers and Rahul Dravid
scored 153 runs off 153 balls with the hep of 15 fours and 2 sixers. India scored 376 runs for 2 wickets in 50 overs and bowled out New Zeland for 202 runs in 33.1 overs, thereby winning the match by 174 runs

The all time high is 331 between Dravid and Sachin against NZ in 1999 for the second wicket. Next is 286 for the first wicket between Jayasurya and Upul Tharanga against England at Leeds in their tour this year (2006).
