I wear eyeliner everyday, and my favorite is by Avon. It doesnt wear off, and the water proof stuff is great.
I guess the big part of how well Eyeliner works and looks is how you apply it. Some stuff that I find goes on really lightly, an dlooks like a dull black/grey, i found that by holding it in your hand and warming it up a little helps it go on smoother and darker.
Hope that helps ^.^

Use this liquid eyeliner -- Kiss Me Eyeliner -- i know, its a dumb name but it is an amazing product. You can find it in Sephora or Glamour Secrets (Trade Secrets in Canada). It will not rub off even if you go swimming or spend a day out in the sun because its this formula that applies like solid and not a liquid. This company is better known for its mascara which coats the eyelash with a tube like material. I know it sounds wierd but try it! its an amazing product. When you line the bottom of your eye, make sure you wipe off the excess before you apply it and apply with a light hand, it takes practice but can end up looking perfect.

I've worked with tons of different makeup lines but I've never quite found the perfect blk liner to last all day. Until I Freelanced for Chanel.... They have the BEST!!!
It's the crayon not the pencil.... Easy to use and effective plus it lasts all day... Waterproof and smudgeproof. Trust me! It's a little expensive (23) but worth it. I use it when I do weddings and proms.
Good Luck

I was just thinking about this a few hours ago!
Smudgy eyeliner has ALWAYS been one of my make-up frustrations. I tried everything and it just wouldn't stay put. Liquid eyeliner didn't look right on me.
Just today I tried this eyeliner from this new brand called POUT. I noticed that the pencil/crayon/thingy was harder in its consistency. VOILA! I didn't smudge tonight!
The only downside was that it was a pain to remove - it took longer than usual.

Definitely Smashbox -- go to QVC.com & check them out -- it goes on really easy you can smudge it and then it's on all day. You use a squared brush & it's putty-like. Excellent! Easy! Or, if you have a favorite eye shadow, just dampen it with the brush & use that for eye liner. They are also in retail stores -- just do a google search for smashbox cosmetics

Try NIVEA BEAUTE eye liner intense .its amazing. it will stay on your eyes almost 24 h. I personally prefer black eye shadow on the bottom. I use a tiny brush for applying. it had a flat end .but I cut it in an oblique shape. so its so easy to use it.I`ve learned this trick from a professional make up artist and it really works! You can also use this brush to make your eyes smoky!!!!!

for the top i use black eyeshadow and and apply it to the upper eyelids but you have to use upword strokes like from the eyeleash to the eyebrow direction.. do nottt go to high up and dont cake it on.. its tricky but with upward strokes its a million times easier
