hmmm...i'd say a guy with a small penis. B/c i know lots of girls with small boobs, but they don't make excuses for em or anything or think that they are bad at sex b/c of them. They are just like..eh...got small boobies, i'll save my $$ and get bigger ones. Guys are freaked out all the time b/c of the whole SIZE MATTERS thing. Well if a submarine doesn't know how to manuver...what good is it in the ocean??

I'd say a women with small boobs because it doesn't matter how big or little a guy is, it's how he works it! Women, yea we don't really work are boobs!! lol. But we do have push up bras!!

definitely man with small penis. he will probably be seen driving the biggest vehicle money can buy.
i dont think small boobs matter so much. as long as she can rub them on a guy somewhere (or anywhere), he is satisfied.

it is about even but I think a man with a small penis has a harder time because they can't get plastic surgery to make his penis bigger.

Women obsess over their small chest size with push up bra's,exercises,vitamins.......not personally God has blessed me with a nice rack.... lol
