What are the names of these weapons?

Question

1.) That rifle used in "Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever" with the horizontally-loaded magazine

2.) The rifle that the main character chick had in the original "Ghost in the Shell" movie
(I know it's just anime, but I also know that weapon's real. She's putting it together in the back of the van while her partner's driving)

3.) The REAL name of the "RCP(or RPC)-90" from the N64 classic "Goldeneye"

I posted this question under "Movies" because some die-hard moviegoers tend to know these things... for some reason

The 1st and 3rd is actually the same weapon and it does exist. It's called the RCP 90 and fires a 5.7mmx28mm round

i think the RCP90 was loosly based on the P90.
