I assume you wanted a uniform sample of the integers between 1 and 8615.

I dont have a 8615-side die handy but I do have a 10-sided die that I could use to generate random numbers

You're not going to get truly random numbers by just asking us; too many human factors kick in to play.

Google "random numbers table", and take your pick of the choices. Good luck!
