I examine the Seattle circumstances on line every day and in there hockey area, they have have been given the Canucks via fact the main team. yet i assume it may be via fact of television broadcasting. so a techniques as i be responsive to Washington would not receive Sportsnet or TSN, which will make it greater good to entice interest interior the marketplace. From a piece of writing and ballot I examine some months in the past on the circumstances, people in Portland could particularly sell off the NBA team and get an NHL team. So i think of if that have been to ever ensue, you will see the Portland team get insurance in Seattle.

This may be a rumor spurred by the new owners of the Supersonics insisting to have their facility capable of handling NHL games. According to Blaine Newnham in the Seattle Times, that provision is likely just a roadblock to facilitate justification for the eventual move of the Sonics to Oklahoma.

Newnham's article is linked.

Not sure where you heard that. Seattle does not have a facility which could be proper home to an NHL team. They can put a rink in the building where the Sonics play, but you get a lot of obstructed seats due to the building being a bit too small (it is intended for basketball only).

Portland would be a more likely place - but I have heard nothing about that happening.

They've turned around the company. They're making a lot of profits right now. Owner is from Vancouver. It's highly unlikely that they'll move to Seattle.

The Canucks will never move. I live in Vancouver and people here would never let that happen.

I do not see any reason why they would. Seattle may lose their basketball team over arena issues and the Canucks are doing very well where they are. I would be amazed even if they are just considering it.
