It sounds like a problem with your mouse. Could you have setup your mouse as a 3 button (with wheel), when it only has 2? Or something like that?
Check under mouse in your Control Panel.

If you have a ball mouse then remove the ball from the bottom and clean the rollers inside with alcohol and a Q-tip. If it is an optical mouse try turning it upside down and see if there is a hair in the groove where the light is. Clean it out and it should work fine. I have dogs that shed and, believe me, animal hair gets everywhere. Especially where you need it least.

No yet spirits can use desktops, they might control electronics and communicate by using them. It has no longer something to do with devil nonetheless. *edit* There are some entities that would inhabit inanimate products, like dolls and crammed animals. the reason they might inhabit a working laptop or computing device could be maximum probable to empty the capability from the guy utilising it or to communicate to a individual by using it. yet "haunted" to me ability that this entity is putting out interior the computing device, as though it became that's homestead. i do no longer think of that's the way it works. i think of that the entity might come and bypass because it delighted.

i would do a full system restart. if there is an option for it, tell your computer you want it how it was when it came out of the box. then you will have to reinstall whatever you had on it.
generally this will fix any problems you may have. just be sure to install antivirus asap after you restart the thing.

Call a computer technician, they'll know what to do. Don't be scared of the computer, it would do no harm but cast electric currents if you accidentally spilled milk or orange juice on it.

if you are using an optical mouse, check what you are using as a mouse pad, if it is shinny, it will refact the light on your mouse which can cause it to do "haunted" things, if this is the case try using something dull, a piece of paper will do in a jiff
