Got to say that the Garden State sound track matches it pretty good. Which, even thought it has great music, is sort of sad if you think about it.

American Idiot. Hands down. I used to think of Dookie as my personal soundtrack, but as I have grown older and changed my life, I guess so has my soundtrack. Much like the singers themselves. Green Day. The best band in the world!

Elvis's two CDs of 50 Great Love Songs (or some title like that). Most of them on one disc in particular seems to be mostly about heartbreak. Seems to be the theme of my life as I'm getting older. There are so many others that have one or two songs that I respond to, but not in the same way. Maybe it's the era I was brought up--Elvis was a big influence, or they've stuck in my mind more. Whatever it is, if they ever request people to do lovelorn advice columns on Yahoo, I'm their person!

A sound effects CD.
My life is all over the map, and a lot of it is not really what it seems to be.
