on a 1-10 scale 10 for the best,is it a fun movie?....i'm thinking about renting it,looks entertaining=]

I would give it an 8 and a half, it was sooo funny. You will especially like it if you love soccer, they have some really awesome skills. I can't beleive you haven't seen it though because it came out awhile ago. It will be more fun if you watch it with some friends.

Rent away! This is a very entertaining movie. My 17 year old daughter and I love it!
It is also a rather interesting look at Indian culture. Especially when the sister gets married- all the to-do about the ceremony.
It is really beautiful. We loved the costumes and the music as well as the great story.

It's not a bad flick.
It's not the usual Hollywood crap so you got to give it some points for that.
British-East Indian ascents, so it's not for everyone.
Girl power movie.
If you like soccer there it lots of it here, but you wont see Beckam in action.
Film has more to do with a girls relationship with her mother and father then about soccer.
Out of 10 I'll give it a 7.5

Keira Knightly doing sit-ups, Keira Knightly kicking soccer balls, Keira Knightly in a sexy dress dancing in a night club
and... also the story of a young Indian girl, who despite her parent's protesting pursues a sport she loves. She breaks free from a culture where women are meant to be submissive housewives and goes against the flow. Then she finds out alot about herself and falls in love with her coach, hurting one of her closest friends.
OH Did I mention that Keira Knightly was in this movie??

I give about 7 to the movie, Bend it LIke Beckham, because it's funny and she wanted to become than what her family wants her to do. You can say the movie is like My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

For me it's an average film. It's worth seeing though as Keira is hot in it. Rent it, watch it, pretty soon you'll forget it.

it rocks, i give it a 9. the music is peppy and will lift up ur mood... u will find it even more funny if u know how a typical indian family is..... i like it cause its makes me wanna dream and acheive... hope u like it... have fun watching :P
