RAM must be 512MB and above preferably 1GB,
Graphic Card recommended 256mb or above
- it would be better to add a AGP or PCI-E type instead of integrated shared memory as these cards have their own memory.

Yes, set the graphics to 800X600 and textures and shading to medium/low for best performance.
