I don't know what to do if you're having an immediate problem, but my plumber told me to keep the drains running free that I should put 1 cup Clorox into the drains once a month, let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then flush it with hot water. It seems to help. I'd be careful though if you have an expensive ceramic bathroom sink--be sure it's not going to "bleach" the color away or stain it.

Get a big pot and fill it full of water. Bring to boiling. Add a buttload of vinegar and salt. Dissolve. Pour in drain. Do this twice a week
Almost forgot, put in a buttload of baking soda too.
