OK so you told her you just want to be friends....but she cannot be friends because she is in love with you....is that the question.....well it is hard on her because she wants you to love her the same way she loves you.....(PS you can give it a try)..

if u r frend of her then make her understand that it wil not b a fruitful relationship wen one person is just into it wout his choice. a relationship must hav the consent of both and the point wen one partner quits its all broken
but ur story seems to b incomplete i cant thnk a girl who wud fall so deeply in luv wid aguy who had never committed on her. even if sumhow she falls then she wud never compel the guy for it]
i thnk sumthng is hidden and u r responsible for this stage of hers,
i hav seen guys who committ ,enjoy and then run off wen girls ask 4 marriage saying v r just gud frenz

What a difficult situation! Don't ignore her feelings, but don't avoid her either. I think that you should still be friendly towards her, but be very firm about how you feel about her. After while, her feelings might change, otherwise, she'll just move on. She'll HAVE to.
Or you could introduce her to other guys, get her a boyfriend!

you once loved her, dont forget that. i know its hard, but you MUST stay true to your feelings first, not only go out with her anymore because you feel bad. you need to do whats right for you first, at least in this kind of situation.
