We all wish we had something other than what we were born with. I have light golden brown hair and blue eyes and I wish I had black hair and green eyes.
Dark skin and blue eyes are very attractive together. That is actually more unique so why you would want to have brown eyes is beyond me. Being unique is so much more appealing in my opinion but that is not what you asked.
If you want brown eyes why don't you get colored contact lenses? Even if you don't need to wear corrective lenses, you can buy colored lenses just so you can change the color of your eyes and then you can have just what you wanted, brown eyes. You can also get tigers eyes, spirals, star bursts, skull and cross bones and all kinds of other designs.
If you are interested in the colored contact lenses just go to your local eye doctor or lens crafters or check them our on the Internet and you can see what they have to offer.

Blue eyes are pretty. Sometimes the really really so blue that it's closer to white people make me nervous because I don't know if they are looking at me or not... But other than that blue eyes are considered by many people attractive. Dark skin is also, I think, attractive and I don't know why but yeah they look like permanent tans so that's nice. If you really really crave for brown eyes you can get colored contacts. They aren't that hard.

Being tan/dark with blue eyes are like the MOST desirable features to have!
...and especially dark hair and blue eyes. Dark hair and light eyes are ideal!
Most people (like me) would think that brown hair-brown eyes are boring...
Why would you want brown eyes anyways? They are so common...I wish I had blue eyes...I guess we all want what we don't have. But be happy with what you have! Because a lot of other girls (like me) wish we had YOUR features.

I have dark skin and blue eyes and I've never had a problem with them. Neither has any of the members of the opposite sex who have taken the time to notice. Don't mess with the features God gave you because he gave you the ones that he though would look best on no one else but you...

All I can say is you must be beautiful. I married a man the second time that has dark hair and sky blue eyes and id he see's a women like you are describing your-slf he cant take his eyes off her. So dont change a thing.

I think so. My daughter has dark hair & blue eye's and thats realy pretty to.
