There are touchup pens for sale in a variety of wood finish colours for this exact thing. I believe you can buy those at places like Home Depot or hardware stores.

This is something I've done numerous times and it works well.
Tomorrow morning instead of pouring out that last bit of coffee, put some on a paper towel and rub it into the areas of the floor that are scratched. The coffee will stain the lighter scratched areas and blend back in. Next thing though, you need a heavier-duty varnish or sealer on the floor. It shouldn't be doing this after less than a week.

Old English. It is in a dark bottle and comes out almost black. Rub it on with a cloth that you can throw away or a paper towel then blot off. It will fill in the scratch. If your floor is light colored though, test it first. If it is dark, it will work perfectly. I use it all the time on my wood floors.

Old English Scratch Remover. Works wonders. If you dont want to do that, just rub some nuts, like Macadamia, pecan or some other oily nut into the scratch. Sharpies work great too.

I've used this stuff before, Orange Glo. I know seems kind of Amway-ish but it realy did work well for us, applied it with a swiffer type tool that had a towel on the end.

Minwax sells some wipe on stains with polyeurothane in them. Great for touchups. See your hardware store dude. He'll help you find it.
