1. take prenatal vitamins EVERY DAY!
2.get a good amount of walking in every week - good for your body and will make labor easier if you walk throughout your entire pregnancy.
3. Do not overwork yourself - with household chores, at your job, or while exercising. you should never exert yourself to the point where you can't catch your breath, get dizzy, or become exhausted. no heavy lifting, and be careful about the kinds of household cleaners you use!
4. If in doubt - ALWAYS ask your doctor!!!
5. Don't keep yourself up at night worrying about the baby, what you'll do when they are here, etc. Anxiety can get pretty high for some mothers during pregnancy, but it's not good for you or your baby, so just try to relax!
here are some of my favorite mama websites i looked at when i was pregnant, and refer to if i need answers for little things with my daughter:

Stay away from deli meats, unless they are reaheated. Don't eat soft cheese, such as Camberet, blue-veined cheeses, Feta, Brie. Don't eat refridgrated smoked fish (canned is safe). The above items may contain Listeria, which has little or no symptoms forthe mother, but can be deadly to the baby.

Don't smoke, drink, drug, eat junk, or get x-ray without protective gear for the tummy.
Do take vitamins, see dr regularly, report strange symptoms to doc, eat healthy, read childcare books.
