Do you think that "leadership" can be learned?

I do think so, but only if the person learning has a desire to lead and a motivation to learn how. There are obviously certain inherent qualities that make a person a good leader, but there are also aspects or skills of leadership that would not be inherent and would need to be studied, even if once taught the practice of them came naturally.

Absolutely. That's what going into the Armed forces is all about. Teamwork and leadership. Leadership is a great quality to have. Most people are followers, but we need more leaders to guide and keep us on the right path.

Yes.... My leadership class is tomarrow...leadership can be learned and it is a good and fun class!!!! You get to learn good stuff about how to be successful and to be a leader!!!

While there are people who are "born leaders", most people learn leadership through experience, mistakes, and learning from mistakes.
Great leaders are always learning and most never assume that they know it all.

No. Leadership is a quality and you can't teach 'quality'. You could send a person to school forever to teach them to be a leader, but if they don't have what it takes internally, it won't do a bit of good and no one will follow their lead.
