my dad finaly said that i could get my belly button pierced but we can't find anywhere that will do it! i'm 13 and i really want this done. we found one place that will do it when i'm 14 but i can't waite that long!! if you know of any places that will do it, please please tell me!! :)

If there is a CLEAN, RESPECTABLE tattoo parlor they will do it. Your dad will have to sign a paper saying that its ok. He will have to go with you in person the day you get it done. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT A SLEEZY PLACE. Your dad will know
