You could do a comedy routine about how bad your day was, including "How to use every-day items around you when you've forgotten your makeup" and you overslept and are on your way to a job interview and while driving in the car this is what you found to substitute. Then turn around so your back is to the audience, and while holding up a disconnected steering wheel apply the following (or hold up the item but use real makeup for more control) as you explain: Black pen/marker (use water-based) - eyeliner, a bag of half-eaten Cheetos - blush and eye shadow, the bottom syrup leftover from yesterday's red Slurpee for lipstick, and while you demonstrate how you use these items while driving, you can say a police officer pulled you over for driving under the influence, and you can say, "But I was just putting on my makeup" and then turn around and show the audience your very orange and very red and very black makeup (exaggerate for clown effect).
Another possibility is to do a "workout routine" with some other contestants, say at least 3 other people, where one person (sits) on top of the waist of another one who is lying down, then you cover up the person sitting with a blanket, and the person with the legs showing in front of the audience does the leg exercises. For a comic relief pair up a shorter girl with a taller one, and tell the reclining person(s) not to be too exact with how they do the exercises.

I did this once in a talent show and got first place. I lip sync (maybe your a singer, I am not) to "I fall to Pieces" by Patsy Cline. I had my fingers and hand and one leg fall off as the song went on. The facial expressions of "what the Heck just happened," is what wowed the audience. You have to be good at it.
It is done as an illusion. Fake fingers (doesn't have to be all fingers) attached to a fake hand by strings that you control with a good hand and let go a strategic times. The leg is also fake with your good leg being supported by a stool that has a black curtain in front of it. The fake leg is also attached by a string that you control. You have to be good at this, so if you choose to do it, practice, practice it.
You can also use a wig that will fall off when you look down at the first finger that falls off. Be sure to have a rubber cover so that you look bald.
This takes a lot of work. But can be hilarious. Just be sure that the end is done with expression when the leg falls off. Hope that this helps you.

Get someone to do a few sketches with you, just do jokes, but act them out, doctor doctor and the like, everyone likes a joke. Or you could pretend you are a gold fish whisper treating fish for different things like - memory loss (do some exercises that you find on the net for people with the fish) aggressiveness, keeps running away from home, bites on the furniture, you could have your friends or teachers bring on the fish (can be the same fish), "ahhh Mr. Simon's yes this is a very common problem with fish", "how often does your fish bring in dead mice" a toilet pot on stage could be used as a prob "if Sharky does'nt be a good little fishy, it's flush, flush and away",

I read the following on a website that the most common talents are singing or dancing, but a variety of other talents may be exhibited at the contestant's choosing; some have demonstrated juggling, playing musical instruments, ventriloquism, quick-draw painting; one even chose to demonstrate the proper way to pack a suitcase.

What about electric air guitar playing? Just make sure your rock on costume and music and moves are loud and eye catching..

Get advice on a good song from some music students and study some of the rock stars outfits and things they do on stage.. just an idea.. good luck..

(An old piece "I Was Made for Loving You" by Kiss has a good electric guitar track in the middle of the song and their costumes and makeup are way out cool.)
