wow, I seriously could have asked this same question last week! It was really weird and I was hoping I was pregnant. My normal cycle is every 5-6 weeks- I just finished 3 weeks ago and last week I had these symptoms. My tubes have been tied 10 years now. I was really hoping that there was a possibility but tonight I started my period. Very odd but sometimes our bodies go through weird changes and 'reworking' things. Sometimes my symptoms will change out of the blue or I will have my cycle at a different time and it will sort of 'reschedule ' itself. I have never had it 3 weeks apart like this but, oh well, it is not so strange. You are probably just going to have your cycle soon- my soreness started about a week ago so it may not be right away. I would not worry unless you are late on your next cycle.

If you're tubes are tied, you're not pregnant.

Your nipples may be sore because of the bra you're wearing or a rough shirt, you've got some extra hormones in your system (have you been eating a lot of soy? It has natural estrogen!). Sometimes they just itch because they're really dry or irritated from a detergent. Put on some really mild moisturizer. That may help.

Well, you could always take a pregnancy test. A tubal ligation is not 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Scary, yes, but take a test to be sure. Just because you had discharge doesn't mean you had a 'true' period. A test should work by now (you could be upwards of a month pregnant, i am guessing. Nurses, correct me if I am wrong.) well has this happened to you before??is it PMS....or ovulation time?!...and of course we both know you could be pregnant if your boobs don't normally bug you. My nipples were the killer not really the boobs when I first found out i was pregnant
