it's easy to find a friend but it's way too hard to find a true friend 'coz if you don't know the definition of "true friend" it will be hard for you to tell if the one who is always standing beside you is really your true friend! i hope will find what you've been looking for

By being a true friend...by listening to him/her and really hearing what they are saying....by being there for them.......
I read somewhere once that it isn't the good times that bond us in friendship-you can laugh with anyone....it's the bad times...I guess 'cause that's when you reveal who you really are.

I agree that you have to be one in order to have one. They are very few and far in between. It's one of those things that require your own judgement. Do you trust them? Are you comfortable telling them your dirty little secrets? It takes time to earn trust and respect - it isn't there from the start so once again time will only prevail in this situation/question.

is there really true friends in the world. not may ppl understand the word friends. its suppose to be someone you can risk you life for but i dont think such people exists.
