Pornography is not only degrading to the women performing in it, but to our entire culture as a whole. It causes cultural decay by reverting art to please our ancestral primal animal passions. It counters all that culture has strived to achieve. It also causes extensive moral and ethical decay. It leads people to believe that such behaviour is acceptable, it desensitises them until they view pornography as simply another form of entertainment. It makes sex an ever prevalent part of our culture, rather than something kept as an intimate relation between two individuals. It should be something not discussed openly. Pornography eats away at the fabric of our society, threatening to throw us into the cultural dark ages.
