You can't do this yourself. For one thing, you might make a mistake and an innocent person (with the same appearance or same name) could be caught up in vicious accusations that could get you sued or him killed. Or both.
That's what Amber alerts and sexual predator laws are for. Seek help from a charity, the social services and the police.

you might be violating some law if you just go ahead and produce your flyer with information on your suspect. check with the police for details you may or may not use. also, by doing so, you might be impeding their work or tipping off the offender.
