Yes it is ok...no damage should occur. The best way to prevent razor bumps is to use a new razor, the better quality the razor the better quality the shave. Remember to use care when shaving your pubic region. When shaving, use a quality shaving cream or even lotion, thy to avoic soap as it tends to dry skin when shaving. Also, check into waxing said region, leaves a much better result and does not have to be done quite do often. If shaving, remember to shave the region everyday or hair will grow back and itch or be annoying.

Hey folks, she is not talking about shaving her feet. Talking about waxing is quite... gross!

I personally think you are too young, so I'd wait for a year or two.
But if you want to shave, feel free to do so. However, bear in mind that you will have to reshave every second day or the before mentioned itching will occur. Trim the hair first, begin by taking a bath to soften the hair. Then use shaving cream, let it "soak" in a minute or two before you begin shaving. Look that you cross each place only one or two times, if it's not clean enough, wait a day and continue.

Razor bumps are likely to occur, but will settle when the skin gets accustomed to the shaving (usually within a couple of weeks).

I don't recommend chemical products, since the skin is way sensitive down there and irritation is likely.

There's no need to go for a certain womens shaver - the blades and technology is the same as in the mens versions, but they are way cheaper.

Hope this helps...

Its okay to shave "down there", but get ready to itch like crazy in a few days when it starts growing back. Don't worry though, after a few times of shaving its not too bad because you get used to it. As for red bumps...well best I can tell you is to soak in a warm tub for at least 10 min before you shave and use a brand new razor. Some places sell special shaving lotions, but I've never tried one so I can't help you there. Best of luck.

ok, considering you a girl and not a guy, Use a good female razor, like that pink one they always advertize and i cant think of the name of right now, and use a really good shaving cream. I would suggest to use one for sensitive skin. If it is your first time shaving, use scissors to trim the hair as close as possible first to make shaving easier

yes you can start shaving its claner, be gently and go downwards like your hair growth way is. Use shaving Cream, and after put some kind of lotion, but make sure that you can use it down there so you cant get a yeast infection. LAter when you get the practice, you can start shaving with the thin eyebrow razors and you could start making it stylish like a bermuda traingle, or a srtip line....

Use a Gillette comfort razor, the ones with the lather attached. It's fine and natural to shave down there, most men do the same.

I wouldn't do it, hon. You'd be fine to shave the edges and keep it groomed, but shaving everything is basically...well, unecessary. You will likely get really bad red bumps when the hairs start to grow back in..and those bumps get really itchy!

If you must do such a thing as this, go and get a professional wax.

Talk to your mom it is so much better to get waxed than shave. Hopefully you are close enough to your mom to talk to her. And I hope she is understanding enough to hear it. It might be tough especially as you will have to support your position as why you want to shave there. But if you cant give her good reasons why you want to then you should probably rethink if you should do it. I would let my daughter do it if she were mature enough and gave me good well thought out reasons. It is kinda expensive but I would rather her be comfortable and not have a shaving accident there.

If you want to shave down there it is fine. Just a warning though it really itches and burns. There are creams you can put on. you can go to the pharmacy section with your mom or friend which ever is available. Ask the pharmasist if you aren't sure.

It's okay to shave down there but be careful for razor bumps. Go
to the store and the shaving cream that is called Nair for bikni
Please asked your mom first and she what say first. Mom knows
about helping you out down there.
