I grew up in S. California and loved getting Ice Cream at Thrifty's. I know Rite Aid carries the brand now, but ive heard only selected. I am heading back in the LAKEWOOD/LONG BEACH area and lookin to relive my childhood. If you know of a Rite Aid in this area help would be appreciated.

Not in San Luis Obispo, any longer. I just got back from a cross town trip to Rite Aid for some Rocky Road. Our store doesn't have even one, carton of any, Thrifty Ice cream! They only have Dryers. The kid, at the register didn't even know what Thrifty Ice cream is! Duh!
On the bright side, I will never have to go to Rite Aid again. Now they can go **** up, and who cares?

Rite Aid at Tustin 92780 has it.
I often go there, the ice cream is really cheap!

yeah I would tell you Tustin too....also you can go on Rite Aid's website and search for locations with the ice cream still in them...
