First, you should realize that this a fast food restaurant. They serve this stuff DAILY..& that THAT cashier didn't know a thing. There is no possible way that they can have fryers that haven't been cleaned only twice a month. (that's approx. once every 15 days!) I'd get someone on that!! (if that's the case) AND, I've worked in places like this (not now, though) but they would never have passed an inspection & still wouldn't be open. If you're that worried, who handled your money? Did they have gloves on & was it the same person who put together your food? Or, did you talk to a manager?

Don't talk with the cashier talk with a MANAGER.

In the morning call and talk with the STORE MANAGER. If you still get a so-so answer, ask for the DISTRICT MANAGER'S contact number.

Write or email them, if all else fails, contact your Local Health Department and file a formal complaint. List day, date, time, and infraction you are reporting on!

It is probably true they ONLY clean out the fryers and grease twice a month. MAYBE the heat was up too HIGH and that is WHY your McNuggets were BURNT & DIRTY!

Yeah How? Why would someone bother contacting the Health Department and wasting time? If you put a toll-free hotline to report restaurant uncleanliness then competitor restaurants will report each other and no work will get done. What are the alternatives?

Contact your local Public Health Department in your county. Always remember to check out the inspections score sheets that are or should be posted near the doorway. I always do.

first off i would call the 800 number on the side of the cup that gets you to corporate mcdonalds and tell them what they said about changing the grease as that is against company policy and they could get into bigger trouble. that message would go from corporate to the owner of the store then the store manager and someone would be in big trouble for that. yuck

Contact the health department and try contacting McDung's corporate and let them know. There are rules and standards that franchises have to follow.
