Seriously, no one will ever be realer, no one will ever have more empowering lyrics, no one will ever be as dedicated to their art as he was, there won't be a harder worker in the studio...

There's a few: Nas, Jay-Z, Biggie Smalls, Tupac, Rakim. There's a few more I can't think of right now. I don't believe there is 1 best rapper, because you have to think of their different rapping styles. Snoop Dog is cool too, just to name another one.

I think Tupac and Nas are the best. But I think that Ludacris and Lil Wayne are the most creative as far as how they put their words and phrases together.
