well not really. there are several factors in clutch life. riding the clutch is the worse thing. but for your question, yes a more agressive racing clutch will last longer but when it goes more additional parts will need to be changed instead of a clutch disk, throw-out bearing and such. if you really like to bang second and third gear i would recommed a performance clutch but also tie in the other performance parts, tires, shifter, driveline and such. better clutch, softer tires or breakage. softer clutch, stickier tires, breakage, its all good and fun
