how do u know if ur music files r in mp3 format?

and if they arent then how do u put them in mp3 format. i have a psp and a phone for music and the psp shows the album name but doesnt show the tracks.

It depends on how the file was saved. You could try using Window Media Player to re-save the files with their full info.

if you look at the file in, say, My Computer and then go to where it was saved...it usually says the filename.mp3.....
