Try a toothbrush and some good toothpaste and not gel and then brush brush and then rinse with water and wipe and your silver toned jewelry will shine shine shine. If you get your hands in water with bleach your ring will turn dark and tarnished. This method will clean your ring really quick!!

I think the PH of your skin is too strong for silver (my husband has the same problem). You can go to any jewelry store and have it cleaned. However, the problem will stay the same, because it is about you and not the bracelet.

Dishwasher POWDER (like Cascade) with warm water...just let the metal object(s) soak in a large but shallow container (preferably something like an aluminum disposable tray) for about an hour. Use about three tablespoons of powder/quart of warm water.

I have a couple really cheap metal breacelets, and i use a metal polish product on them, called "Noxon". It works fabulously!! I think you could get it at walmart or some place like that.

You can clean it just as though it were Sterling. What you don't want to do is soak it in a solution whereby you forget it and dissolve that surface silver.

I usually use a toothbrush, some toothpaste, and cuttips. The cuttips help you get those hard to reach areas!!

Buy a jewelary polishing rag. You can use this for all your jewelary, not just your silver. It keeps your jewelary looking shiny and new.
