love at first sight or just a staring contest?

so theres this girl i work with and i catch her staring at me sometimes. even when were in a large group of ppl and shes telling a story or something it seems like shes telling it directly to me or even if some one else is talking and were both just listening. the weird thing is that when i catch her and stare back she doesnt look away as if shes been caught or anything!i usually just disregard it but id like to know if it means anything or if i should just stare back till i win.. thanks!

When a girl smiles and stares at you for an extended period of time, this means she is interested in you. It's called flirting. Staring means she wants you to make the first move. Smart girl! (jk) She probably finds you attractive, some people are bold and will approach you, you didn't mention does she make "googly eyes" or just stare? I would pull her aside and politly ask her, I noticed you stare at me and I was just wondering if I had done something to offend you? That may work.
