I would love to have good conversation, tea and a light luncheon. I truly believe Laura Bush is one of the most elegant First Ladies this nations has ever seen.

Laura Bush and I would probably get along quite nicely. She is elegant, knows when to speak and when not to. To meet with her is by invitation only so it would be a true honor. I would address her respectfully and when she gets to the topic of asking questions, these are what I would present.
1. HEAD START is such a worthwhile program yet the funds needed to run it are not available. I see the effects of poverty on children daily. We cannot forget about these children. A lot of children enrolled in Head start do not get exposure to normal things that we the general population take for granted.
2.People on MEDICAID who have to pay for their own dental care, especially if they have bad teeth already(for whatever reason)make cranky parents. It is hard to concentrate on other things when your teeth hurt.
3. Fund research for mental illnesses in younger children such as bi-polar disorder, ADHD, and Autism.
4. Up to date mandatory training for state social service workers to better determine if a child is being molested, abused or is mentally ill- and how mental illness affects families.
5. I am distressed at the amount of meth and weed use among teens and pre-teens and the population in general. I live in a state ranked near the top for meth labs and usage.
6.Programs that teach children self esteem and the ability to speak up for themselves.
7.Discuss ways to write laws that encourage Grandparents who are parenting grandchildren instead of putting obstacles in the way.

I'd ask her if she still feels guilty for the car accident in which she was driving and a friend was killed, and if that is why she settled for a rich loser like Bush.

She isn't going to drink coffee from my Royal Dalton with hand painted periwinkles. She can have a beaker.

Put her in detox, because she has to be on some SERIOUS medicine to be able to put up with that 'tard she's married to.

Then I would make her listen to TED NUGENT WITH THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY UP till she saw the light.
