well,
if u earn it on ur own thats very mature but at the same time ur parent will count on u to buy everything for urself from that point on i think u should just study hard and keep ur head in the books
u can worry bout the rides when ur used to driving ur first year isnt the best to get a smooth car chances r u might reach it + u also have to pay for insurance it might take a whole year....but if u earn a schoolarship to college u can spend from ur trust fund
Much Luvvvvvvv!!!
If u have any more questions hit me back or email me at:

Why do you say the Solstice is the best car? Have you done any research on other cars? I agree with most of the other comments. Study. Graduate. Then get a great paying job and get a really, really super car like the Infinity M class. (45K).

it's possible for you to get it . . but being that you're under 18, you'll need a parent to co-sign for you to get a car loan . . . and you'll need a down-payment . . . so you'll have to work for a while to save up that much money . . . I can understand wanting "the best" . . but what happens when next year, they come out with a newer car and you think that one is the best?! . . I would say pick a cool used car to start off with . . and buy a brand new car when you're living on your own . . .

My mother has sold cars for the last nine years and her advice to me was to save as much as I could without losing my GPA and buy the car after the body style changes, the price drops like $3-4000, making it easier to save up for.
I have a 1999 Honda Accord, I only paid $10k for it...

Well, I think you *could* do it but you would regret it.
You would have to work full time just to pay for it, and it is damn near impossible to keep your grades up while working full time.
You would have to give up your social life entirely.
It would be much easier for you to buy a used car. Cars are not a good investment, you have to keep pouring money into them, and then sell them for less than you paid.

Not only would you have to work very hard to get it also think about the cost of insurance. For a 16 year old it would be outrageous.

i think u can start out with an "OK" car and then when you get some experience and can be responsible behind the wheel THEN you can purchase the car you want, please don't take offense to my answer it's just MOST kids/teenagers think that because they are licensed to drive they can be stupid behind the well and drink and do drugs then get behind the wheel
