The filters are NOT how you eliminate duplicate results. Filters let you choose what type of material you let through i.e. adult sites.
To eliminate duplicate results, be more specific. Use quotes around words that will be grouped together. Instead of a google search of I'm going down down baby which gives you almost 50 million results, put quotes the whole phrase and search. That REDUCES your results to just 1,000 results.
The advanced icon to the right of the search bar will allow you to be more specific also and show you ways to make your search more effective.
